In a video spotted by YEN.com.gh, the director praised the late Apostle's foresight in developing a powerful, yet somewhat unknown environmental solution: the Kantanka weedicide.
James Arhin hails Apostle Safo's innovative ideas
While giving his tribute, Arhin stated that Apostle Safo developed the local solution because of the widespread problem of weeds destroying farmlands across the country. Arhin also noted how easily the man of God could convert his ideas into reality.
According to Arhin, despite the localised production of the Weedicide, Apostle Safo's vision was not limited to Ghana, but was intended as a solution for the entire world.
Another central theme of Arhin's tribute was the acknowledgement of Apostle Safo possessing true wisdom from God. This wisdom, he said, enabled him to create practical, real-world solutions to pressing local problems.
He said:
"We acquire knowledge, but wisdom is a gift from God."
He added:
"Knowledge is someone's wisdom that has been placed somewhere for you to go and look at. Wisdom is something God gives a person to show them how it is done."
He concluded by celebrating Apostle Safo as a visionary whose genius in creating homegrown solutions, from automobiles to agriculture, demonstrated unparallelled commitment to national and continental self-reliance.
