Controversial US-based NDC activist Kevin Baidoo Ekow Taylor has courted attention after his wife, Marisa Schwartz Taylor, landed a top promotion at her workplace, The New York Times.

On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, the prominent American media giant, The New York Times, announced that Kevin Taylor's wife, Marisa Schwartz Taylor, a freelance visual journalist, had been promoted to assistant editor in the photo department.
She has worked in the Washington bureau for eight years and has been considered a significant player in establishing the D.C. report’s visual excellence.
As part of her new role, Kevin Taylor's wife will oversee the New York Times' Washington, D.C. photo editing team.

Kevin Taylor accuses activist of alleged destruction
Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that Kevin Taylor accused NPP activist Joseph Osei Oppong of defacing the artwork at the Asokwa Interchange.
In a video, the US-based Ghanaian media personality called for the activist to be investigated for the incident.
Kevin Taylor also alleged that Joseph Osei Oppong had previously threatened to commit the crimes.
