For those unfamiliar, Semenyo is a dedicated hard worker who takes his fitness routine seriously.
His personal social media account often features clips of his intense workout sessions, a testament to his discipline.
Adding to that, his fiancée, Jordeen Buckley, is equally passionate about fitness, making training a natural part of her lifestyle.

Semenyo shifts attention to World Cup qualifiers
Beyond the social media frenzy, Semenyo and his colleagues are preparing for an important assignment.
According to Ghanafa.org, the team is set to leave for N'Djamena on Tuesday, September 2, ahead of their World Cup qualifier against Chad two days later.
Ghana demolished the same opposition 5-0 in Accra last March, with Semenyo on the scoresheet, and they will be eager to repeat that dominance away from home.
Watch highlights of Ghana's win against Chad:
The forward’s club numbers are impressive, with two goals and an assist in three Premier League matches this 2025/26 season.
Yet his Black Stars record tells a different story. In 27 appearances, he has scored just three times, averaging a goal every nine games, according to Transfermarkt.
Still, his recent strike against Les Sao offers hope that he can carry his club sharpness into national duty.

After the Chad game, the four-time African champions will host Mali in Accra on September 8.
Wins in both encounters would give Ghana a commanding lead in Group I, leaving them on the brink of sealing qualification for the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
