Selassie Ibrahim captured in beautiful photo with her grown-up son Adam
Undoubtedly, Selassie Ibrahim must be feeling so proud now as she can boast of a grown-up son who is handsome just like she looks beautiful.
In a new photo sighted by YEN.com.gh, the popular and veteran actress posed with her son, and her demeanour in the photo showed that she was excited.
The photo was shared by her younger sister, Gifty Mawunya, who also is the wife of John Dumelo.

Mrs. Dumelo shared the photo on her Instagram page and disclosed that while the mother and son were trying to capture a family portrait, she managed to sneak into the photo when she had not been invited.
But Selassie joked over the caption, with her response that the man in the photo was not her son but rather her boyfriend, adding that she loves him so much:

YEN.com.gh’s checks revealed that the son’s name is Adam Ibrahim, and believed to be her firstborn.
In Africa, Ghana to be precise, it is often said that the level of respect accorded a woman depends on the age of her first child, and so women do not joke with their firstborns at all.
And this was the attitude Selassie put up in the photo with her eyes fixed on her son.
The photo has also warmed the hearts of some Ghanaians and they have reacted to it.
For instance, an Instagram user, Dell, observed that given Selassie’s beautiful and youthful look, Adam looked like her brother than son:

Favoured also wondered if Adam was truly Selassie’s son given their looks:

But she responded still with the joke that Adam was her boyfriend:

Meanwhile, Selassie Ibrahim is one of Ghana’s respected actresses and media personalities.
She owns a production company, Smarthys Management and Productions, which was producing the ever popular Miser show on TV.
The beautiful actress is also a known NDC supporter, and has been very active on the party’s campaign trails over the years.
