Fast-rising Nigerian rapper Ziggy dies after falling off 4-storey building

In what could be described as an unfortunate occurrence, the Nigerian creative industry has lost one of its upcoming gems following the sad and untimely death of a fast-rising rap act.

The young Nigerian rapper identified as Ziggy was said to have died after he fell from the top of a building.

According to reports making the rounds online, Ziggy died on Sunday, June 16, after he fell off a 4-story building in his Paradise estate residence in Lekki area of Lagos state.

It was also gathered that the fatal fall had occurred after he unknowingly stepped into an open space which was supposed to house an elevator.

A visit to his Instagram page shows that the fans and followers are already mourning the death of the vibrant young man, under one of his posts.

Ziggy, although not known by many, appeared to have been friends with the likes of Mavin Record’s Dr Sid as well as sensational rapper Yungsix.
