The resilience of Berdanette Adams, the wife of a former French footballer, Jean-Pierre Adams, has given meaning to staying true to one's vows which has resonated with many globally.

Despite the current state of her husband, Jean-Pierre Adams, who is still in coma for nearly 40 years now, Berdanette continues to stay true to her love and has many marvelled.
The life of Jean-Pierre Adams, then 34, was terribly impacted in 1982 when he walked into a Lyon hospital for a routine surgery.
The French footballing star had gone to the hospital to correct a disturbing knee but left the hospital much worse.

Adams was left unable to walk or move any of his limbs again after the surgery

Adams' story has been told by YEN.com.gh, however, the resilience of a wife with moral cabinets has not been emphasised enough.
Berdanette has been the woman who has been by her bed-ridden husband for all these long years and hardly misses a day’s care over the last 37 years.
Adams marked his 70th birthday in 2019 and Bernadette confirms he can now breathe on his own without the help of a machine.
In a related story, Adnan Mohammad Sulaiman officially sealed his love for his long-time fiancée, Billkisu Kabir Mado, on October 4, 2019, in a beautiful ceremony which came off at the Madid Umar Bin Abi Talib, Nigeria.
The couple have left many impressed and inspired as well especially because the lady happens to be in wheelchair.
While her current state does not minimise her worth or humanity, Billkiso Kabir Mado and her husband’s story are quite unique because their truth or story will continue to inspire many and also affirm the notion that true love exit.
