Prophet Gaisie also indicated that the Lord has rejected the government of President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

As a result, he went on, there is a possible return of former president John Dramani Mahama with a 52.1% win in the 2020 general elections.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that he prophesied the defeat of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2020 elections.

Some of his predictions are yet to materialize and others are often a repeat of prophesies from previous years.

His predictions have meanwhile generated responses by social media users:

Antwi expressed surprise at the prophecies.

Abiwu agreed with him, saying Akufo-Addo's government is the worst ever.

Ayisah wondered if God showed all the prophecies to Nigel Gaisie in a day.

Ankrah said she would record the prophecies to find out which of them really come to pass.

Amenyo however wondered why Ghanaians are blaming the man of God for his prophecies.

In other news, the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) has revealed that it spent about GHc6 million to promote the Year of Return campaign.

According to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the GTA, Akwasi Agyemang, the GHc6 million excluded media documentaries.

Agyemang, however, indicated that the returns far exceeded the expenses incurred by the government.

He also noted that the GTA directly engaged groups such as the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the Congressional Black Caucus of the US to drive in more visitors to Ghana as part of the campaign.
