In other stories, YEN.com.gh reported a social media user identified as Agbalenyo Nelson has recounted the struggles of a Ghanaian roasted plantain seller after he successfully graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Agbalenyo Nelson disclosed in a post on social media that the married father of four kids struggled with unemployment after several submitted application letters yielded no results.

He revealed the man was compelled to figure out a niche to provide for himself and that led him to begin a plantain roasting business.

Agbalenyo shared a photo of the man in suit and a Ghana themed flying tie while roasting plantain on fire. While his current trade is greatly dominated by women in the country, he has already carved a thriving business for himself.
