Ghanaian actress Jackie Appiah seems to have won the heart of one of her fans who has fallen head over heels in love with her.
The award-winning actress in a recent photo sighted by YEN.com.gh on Instagram asked her fans to "Tell Me What's on Your Mind."

In the photo sighted by YEN.com.gh, Jackie Appiah gave a striking pose with Popcaan as she flaunted her forever young beauty.
