Vice President Dr. Mahamudu has suggested that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is having sleepless night following his achievements and success in politics.

He stated at the NPP’s results fair held in Kumasi on Tuesday, February 11 that the Akufo-Addo led government has chalked a lot of successes of which he is a part of.

The NDC will not feel comfortable about the enormous successes of the President Nana Akufo-Addo’s NPP government,” he said.

Bawumia mentioned that, unlike the Mahama administration which destroyed the country’e economy, President Akufo-Addo has worked hard to turn around the fortunes of Ghana and is now on the right path.

The NDC destroyed the country’s economy with Akonfem economic management team, which led to disastrous consequences for the state,” the Vice-President fired.

Bawumia also pleaded with Ghanaians not to make a mistake of bringing back John Mahama. He urged that Ghanaians keep faith with the Akufo-Addo government.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Ghana’s Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has been named by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as chairman of the committee set up to draft the party’s 2020 manifesto ahead of the general elections.

The NPP in a statement said the 10-member committee will among other things review the party’s 2016 manifesto and also solicit views and opinions from all relevant stakeholders as input for the 2020 manifesto.
