TV3’s reality progamme, Date Rush, has become a social media sensation with personalities involved becoming stars overnight.

However, very little is known of the creative geniuses behind the admirable show.

While it is no secret that producers and other creative minds work behind the scenes to deliver quality programmes for their viewers and listeners, Date Rush has rapidly dominated conversations.

The programme which is meant to match possible dates for single people has gained traction and has been trending since Sunday, May 1, 2020.

Ayerkie Narnor is the key mastermind of the successful programme that is currently trending on people’s timelines.

The young creative has managed to give viewers an experience beyond their television sets and the programme has become an online sensation.

Often, people do not get to have a behind-the-scenes look at the chaos surrounding the production of a dating programme and Ayerkie Narnor has obviously worked hard to ensure viewers had the best moments from the programme.

Amid the rage and praise, very little is known of the creative genius behind the event.

Well, just recently, Ayerkie Narnor responded to a post showering accolades on her for successfully steering a programme that has dominated online platforms.

‘‘Meet the Producer of the hottest and most talked about television show in Ghana now “DATE RUSH”. Miss Ayerkie Narnor,’’ Thomas Adotei Pappoe, a senior colleague worker and broadcast journalist wrote.

Responding to the post, Ayerkie Narnor simply said: ''Thanks bro ❤❤❤.''

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that on May 3, 2020, Ignatius, a contestant of TV3's Date Rush programme incurred the wrath of viewers of the show when he stunned his possible dates by turning all of them down.

After Ignatius turned down the women, screenshots that emerged about Ignatius alleged that he had already been in a relationship and was set to get married before he joined the show.

A photo showing the wedding invitation of Ignatius indicated that he was scheduled to marry his girlfriend, Tracy on April 19, 2020, but was postponed because of the coronavirus.

The unfolding issues have caused a divide among some male and female viewers of the show erupting massive conversations about the programme.

In other news, while it’s no secret that Ghanaian actor John Dumelo and his wife, Gifty Mawunya, kept their relationship private prior to their blissful nuptial, they currently have one of the most famous open marriages.

The two were also hardly spotted kissing or cuddling in public when they were dating.

However, John Dumelo and wife, Gifty Mawunya have not starved their fans of details in their thriving marriage.
