The Member of Parliament of Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong is 60 years old today, June 16, 2020.
The firebrand legislator has been in the news over the years for good and bad reasons.
In an interview with Citi TV on Sunday, June 14, 2020, the MP and business mogul revealed that he made his first million dollars at age 36 in 1996.

He also denied allegations that he was a drug dealer. Mr. Agyapong said he made his first million dollars when he introduced the US visa lottery into Ghana in 1996.
He said he charged $5,000 per person once he secured visa for Ghanaians to travel to the United States of America.
The NPP financier and stalwart told Joy News in an interview that he is building a 45-bedroom mansion in Tema to commemorate his 60th birthday.
The politician said his 45-bedroom mansion will feature about nine to ten living rooms among other luxury amenities.
According to Ken Agyapong, his motive for building the house was to show Ghanaians that “a black man can also do it.”

The father of 22 said he wanted to have a party in his yet-to-be-completed mansion but COVID-19 has disrupted everything.
Mr. Agyapong already owns a 40-bedroom mansion in his village, Assin Dompem in the Central Region.
YEN.com.gh earlier reported that the Assin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong amazed Ghanaians by mentioning the names of all his 22 children.
The lawmaker passed the test when he was put on the spot to name all his 22 children.
