Kumawood actor, Mr Beautiful, has declared his unflinching support for John Mahama, the flag-bearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the 2020 elections.
Mr Beautiful, known in real life as Clement Bonney, says he is ready to fight with his blood and sweat to ensure Mahama wins the election.
He added that his decision is not based on anything but knowing that Mahama is the only one fit to handle the affairs of Ghana well.
This is contained in a report sighted by YEN.com.gh on graphic.com.gh.
He explained that though his acting career had been affected because he supported Mahama in the 2016 elections, he is unperturbed.
According to Mr Beautiful, many people thought the consequences would stop him from pledging support for Mahama.
Many people think that because I have been silent and off the public scene for sometime, I am abandoning Mahama and the NDC this time around, but that's not it all. I am ever ready to battle with my sweat and blood.
According to him, it is public knowledge that in the last four years the NPP has performed poorly in the creative arts industry.
Mr Beautiful was one of the many celebrities who publicly declared their support for Mahama.
The rest included actress Roselyn Ngissah, Tracey Boakye, Selassie Ibrahim, Kalsoume Sinare, and John Dumelo, who is now an aspiring Member of Parliament.
His acting career was greatly affected as many producers stopped calling him for movie roles.
