In a narration sighed by YEN.com.gh on Topstories.com.gh, the gentleman did not disclose his full identity but says he is a childhood friend of Kwame's.

The doctor mentioned that Fodjour has been scamming people for more than two decades and is a real expert in the art.

On one of the occasions sighted by the medical doctor, Kwame forged application letters for about 20 students whose parents had paid him to get them admitted into a university.

They received the letters, made payments of school fees into the official account of the school, only to get information that there was no admission for them whatsoever.

The doctor further revealed that the 'Dr' prefix attached to Fodjour's name is not real as he actually had grade 24 after finishing SSCE and could not make it into tertiary.

In his own words,

I saw he has a ‘Dr’ title preceding his name. It was when “my eyes opened a bit” that I realized his SSCE (as it was known then) results were not good enough to have secured him admission into a tertiary institution.

Concerning the fake Kofi Annan-UN Awards, the narrator said:

Even though I know these things, I was still surprised seeing his images on social media. And more surprised that those who participated in the ceremony did no due diligence. A simple google check of his name would have revealed that in 2010 he was arrested for attempting to scam some rural banks in a very similar awards scheme.
