The first daughter of the late former president Jerry john Rawlings, Zanetor Rawlings, has shared a photo with her father dancing together.
The two appeared to be at an event and were dancing when the photo was taken.
It was a beautiful father and daughter moment as J.J looked straight into her daughter’s eyes while she also looked at him in the eye.
He held her hand with one hand and her waist with the other hand just like it is done for Salsa.
She indicated in the caption that she has sorely missed her father. The post has triggered emotions and some Ghanaians have consoled her.
YEN.com.gh gathered some of the reactions for our cherished readers:
Meanwhile, Rawlings died at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital after reportedly suffering from COVID-19.
YEN.com.gh earlier published details of the cause of his death, and we also published photos of all his four children.
In another report, we published some details about Kimathi, including his age, marital status, and career.
There was also a family photo of the Rawlings showing how small Kimathi was as a teenager.
In a related development, a leading member of the NDC, Stephen Atubiga, has said Akufo-Addo should be blamed for Rawlings’ death.
He gave his reasons in an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, for which reason he thinks Ghanaians should not take President Akufo-Addo’s showy display over Rawlings’ death seriously.
Also, the NDC General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has accused Akufo-Addo of hijacking Rawlings’ funeral.
