John Gyetuah, MP For Amenfi West Dies At Age 56

John Gyetuah, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for Amenfi West in the Western Region has died at the age of 56.

According to PeaceFMOnline, close sources to the MP revealed that he was called to glory on the morning of Tuesday, October 13, 2015.  The late MP until his death fell into coma and was admitted at the 37 Military Hospital for about a month.

The NDC MP who was a teacher by profession left behind seven children and a wife. He was a member of the Committee on Members Holding Offices of Profit Roads and Transport. Circumstances surrounding the demise of the Hon. John Gyetuah is yet to be known.

Hon. John Gyetuah was elected Parliamentary representative for the constituency since 2004. The 2004 elections saw the MP poll 15, 233 votes representing 52.1% to outwit his contenders in the 2004 Parliamentary Primaries.

Amenfi West is located at the Wasa Amenfi West district of the Western Region.
