The walk which began early Saturday morning started from Jubilee Park in Tamale, and proceeded through some principal streets of the regional capital.
Citi FM reported that some party members were delighted by the idea of the walk and called on the leadership to organize more of such activities to promote unity in the party.
Some NDC bigwigs were also positive that the massive turnout of NDC loyalists was sign that there was confidence in the party’s vision for the next election year.
