On Thursday, April 2, 2026, an alleged brother of Afua Asantewaa’s husband came out to debunk certain narratives surrounding their split.
In a video shared by Bless Star on TikTok, he began by giving a little background about his brother to push back on claims that he was broke and was taken abroad by his wife.
“The truth is that my brother is a journalist who worked at Graphic Sports and Daily Guide, so he was a very close friend of Kenpong and Kwabena Yeboah. He is very rich, he is just quiet, he doesn't like talking. He is so humble that every woman should be able to stay with him,” he said.
