Speaking to Tanzania's Ayo TV, Moshy said she obtained a certificate in Management and Accounting from the institution in September 2020.

While waiting for her exam results, she decided to pursue employment to avoid idleness and make productive use of her time.

"I had seen I would just be staying at home without any employment and being idle. So I decided to look for a job," Nyce explained.

Her decision was influenced by the advice of her friend and brother, who played a significant role in helping her secure a position at Tilisho Buses. She has now been working there for three years.

Nyce has achieved several personal milestones during her time at the bus company. Not only has she been able to support herself financially, but she has also been able to provide for her parents and siblings with her salary.

Moshy becomes a star on TikTok and Instagram

Being an attendant on a bus that carries 47 passengers, she encounters people from various walks of life, which sometimes poses challenges in her job.

In February 2023, Nyce joined social media platforms, primarily for entertainment purposes. She began posting videos on TikTok and Instagram, not expecting her content to garner attention.

However, it was her videos showcasing her work life that gained significant traction on TikTok, while her Instagram account remained relatively dormant.

"My TikTok account grew while my Instagram account was just dormant. And in May 2023, people asked why I was not posting on Instagram. They told me to just take my TikTok videos and post the same on Instagram," Nyce explained.

Following this advice, her Instagram account quickly gained popularity, and she amassed over 100,000 followers in a short span of time, compared to her previous following of 900.
