How should lady dress on graduation day

In the voice note, her dad could be heard warning her not to wear her usual outfits and instead look modest because he will attend the graduation ceremony.

He said:

"You have to dress modestly. Tomorrow I don't want to see those lashes, long nails and the rest because I am coming. So if you have put them on, just go this evening and remove them before you appear in my presence. I do not want to see lashes and long nails; dress modestly tomorrow."
