Shatta Wale shoots cowboy-themed music video in the US

It looks like Dancehall King, Shatta Wale, is having fun in the US where he is currently shooting a video for his 'Dancehall Now' song.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Shatta is seen excited and dressed like a cowboy with two guns strapped to his waist, which is his costume for the video.

According to him, the song and video were to tell the world about the journey of Dancehall music so far.

"Yea this is Shatta Wale right here. Somewhere around Texas closer to Mexico. I'm just trying to shoot a video for Dancehall Now. It's basically to tell the world where Dancehall has gotten to. So watch out," an excited-looking Shatta Wale is heard saying.

Born, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., Shatta Wale has a reputation for being controversial and he seems to love guns.

During a social media feud with Nigerian Afropop star, Wizkid, Shatta went to the extent of firing gunshots and sharing a video of the act, all in a bid to warn Wizkid against messing with him.

He also, in his most recent attack on Stonebwoy, warned the colleague Dancehall artiste not to "bring a knife to a gun fight" in their ongoing 'beef'.
