The Christian preacher popularly known as Prophet Kumchacha has confessed to being a peeping Tom prior to becoming a religious leader.
Nicholas Osei, better known among entertainment observers as Prophet Kumchacha, has revealed that, before he was a Christian preacher, he was one of the men who was excited by peeping at women who were bathing.
Kumchacha, in the class of the many Ghanaian Christian preachers who are also noted for their entertainment value, revealed on a TV show that he was actually given a nickname by friends and family for his voyeurism.
On UTV, Kumchacha quipped: “I can’t say that name here because it’s not good for TV”.
The man who is the founder of the Heaven’s Gate Ministry was on a panel discussing the plot of UTV’s telenovela, “Who Killed Libia?”.
Kumchacha said, rather proudly: “In my hometown in Akyem, I was so notorious for hiding behind bathrooms and watching the nakedness of women when they were bathing, to the extent that I earned a nickname for it”.
The Christian preacher then moved the tangent, blaming women who wear what he believes to be sensually-suggestive clothing: “Even if I’m a ‘Man of God’, know that I’m a man first before God comes into the equation. If you tempt me that way, I may fall”.
He also lashed out at a supposed loose morality on the part of today's women: “Even if a man sneezed, a woman is likely to ask if she is being called over by the sneezing man".
Meanwhile, Ghanaian actress and Instagram queen Moesha Boduong for the first time in so many months has won the hearts of social media users over her latest fashion choice.
YEN.com.gh has sighted a photo Moesha posted on her Instagram page rocking an African print.
Fellow celebrities such as Fella Makafui praised Moesha's looks in the photo.
