Fans hail Yvonne Nelson for saying Otumfuo is not God

Popular Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson has won the hearts of many social media users after religiously schooling rapper Okyeame Kwame.
On Monday, May 6, 2019, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II celebrated his 69th birthday in a grand style.
As part of the celebration, the revered king was seen dancing using gestures.

Okyeame Kwame, in sharing a video of Osei Tutu II dancing, explained his dance gestures as he wrote:
“Watching the dance carefully, Nana is communicating with his gestures, let me try and explain.He says the Left and Right is all mine. All things come together because of me, everything is mine. It was given to me by God, I have dominion on all things because I am a God. I am in God and God is in Me. Happy Birthday, Otumfuo Osei Tutu Nyame Keseɛ we wish you longer life, peace and prosperity. May Otwediampon Kwame who lives in you multiply your territories. Thank you for showing the African how to live with PRIDE and AUTHORITY. You are ROYAL. Piaaaaaaaw.”
But the description by Okyeame Kwame didn’t go down well with Yvonne as she put the rapper in his rightful place.

The award-winning actress also wrote, : “Pls correct it!!!! he's not God! With the capital G. There's only one God!.”
However, YEN.com.gh shared the statements of the two celebrities and social media users hailed Yvonne for schooling Okyeame Kwame.
Simon McCoy Zangina backed Yvonne: " I think Yvonne Nelson is quiet right. We all respect him for who and what he is but that doesn't make him God. And we should not be afraid to say this cos there is only one God as my sister #Yvonne_Nelson already said. And that is the most high and Almighty God. So we should stop comparing him or giving him attributes of God."
Maame Esi Hutchful said Yvonne's statement is the truth: "My love for yvonne Nelson keeps increasing, Thats the truth you said , Thank you , God bless you."
Boamah Martins Adolay backed Yvonne for saying Otumfuor is not God: " Yvonne is right otumfuor can never be God we have only one God and he is the one who create Heaven and earth."
