Patapaa narrates ordeal of how he and his team were robbed in Obuasi

Popular Ghanaian rapper Patapaa known in real life as Justice Amoah has narrated his ordeal after his Obuasi concert.

Patapaa has revealed how he and his team suffered in the hands of armed robbers after his concert in Obuasi.

According to the 'One Corner' hitmaker, some armed robbers stole his belongings after the much-attended concert.

In a report sighted by YEN.com.gh, Patapaa expressed his disappointment at the armed robbers who tormented their lives.

"After my show in Obuasi, my team and I decided to step out for a drink on Sunday. While we were in the bar, some guys about 8 of them came in as fans not knowing they were armed robbers," he said.

"So I sent one of my guys to bring me something from my car then one of the guys swiftly hit my guy’s hand and took the key and refused to give it back," he revealed.

Patapaa further revealed how one of the armed robbers stabbed his hand when he tried to collect his car key back.

He went on to state that the armed robber who collected the key demanded GHS20 so he could return it.

According to him, the armed robbers made away with his bag but returned it the next day upon threats by the hotel caretaker.

He noted that the caretaker at the hotel where they slept told the guys that he will bring the police and military making them return the stolen belongings.

"I told my manager Free Body to secretly take a picture of them when they get there," he disclosed in the interview.

Meanwhile, Patapaa has been in the news after his German girlfriend hanged his portrait in her room.

After Liha Miller went back to Germany, she professed her love for Patapaa by hanging a portrait of him in her room.
