Davido meets Akufo-Addo and his wife Rebecca (video)

Nigerian singer Davido has been excited after President Nana Akufo-Addo and his wife Rebecca Akufo-Addo.

Davido was in Ghana on Monday, December 30, 2019, for a perfromance at the Afro Nation Festival 2019.

Ahead of his performance at the festival, Davido had the opportunity of meeting Akufo-Addo and Rebecca at the Jubilee House.

The president, YEN.com.gh understands, hosted a party for foreign celebrities who had visited Ghana for Year of Return celebrations.

In videos shared on his social media handles, Davido was spotted at The Flagstaff House among the party attendees.

A visibly pleased and happy Davido could be heard hailing Akufo-Addo and his wife.

And he even performed to the first gentleman and first lady of the republic amidst cheers and merriment.

First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo was seen in a happy mood as she grooved her body to Davido’s songs as he performed.
