Before and after photos of Solskjaer, Mourinho, Van Gaal and Moyes show Man Utd manager's job is toxic

Manchester United's job is one of the toughest to take up as a manager due to their inconsistency since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson six years ago.

The Red Devils have hired and fired David Moyes, Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho in the process - with Ryan Giggs holding forth temporarily at some point.

Meanwhile, with their recent 2-0 defeat to Burnley in their Premier League mid-week clash at Old Trafford, the hammer might fall on the current boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer soon.

Although the blub's board threw their weight behind the Norwegian after the encounter, his reign could come to an end if the results remain the same.

According to Give Me Sport, United are facing their worst ever start to the Premier League season in over two decades.

But regardless, the club chiefs Ed Woodward and the Glazer family have no intention of cutting ties with the manager.

Since his appointment, Solskjaer has just 34 per cent win ratio in the EPL - winning just 11 league games, drawn nine and lost 12.

Although they are currently fifth on the table, they are six points behind London club Chelsea after 24 rounds of fixtures, while they are 30 points behind league-leaders Liverpool.

It is however suggested that Man United top job appears to be the most stressful in the Premier League, with the managers looking years older than they are even in a few months after their appointments.

The club legend isn’t the only manager to age about 15 years after taking the United job. David Moyes, Louis van Gaal, and Jose Mourinho were said to have suffered the same thing.

United are looking to appoint former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino as their next manager if their current handler fails to turn the poor of results around.

The publication has now advised the Argentine tactician to be wary of the Red Devils job and stay away if he must keep his good looks a few months after his appointment.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Man United board are ready to stand with current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to continue with his job even if the Red Devils fail to make Champions League.

The Norwegian football manager has been under pressure at Old Trafford this season because of Manchester United's performance in all competitions.

In December 2018 when Ole Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford, he started on an impressive note both in the Premier League and Champions League.
