Manchester United new forward Odion Ighalo has won the hearts of English giants' supporters with his goal-scoring form.

The Nigerian star dominated the headlines with a superb goal against LASK in the Europa League.

Ighalo received a pass from teammate Bruno Fernandes on the edge of the box, the former Watford forward controlled the ball with his right foot, juggled it with his left foot before taking another touch with his right.

As the ball landed on his left side, he took his shot on the half volley, firing the ball into the top left corner.

It was such a great strike that Man United fans cannot stop admiring again and again.

Some United fans also noted the similarities between Ighalo’s goal and one scored by Ghanaian, Anthony Yeboah in 1995.

Yeboah’s goal against Wimbledon was a powerful strike; he first controlled the ball on his chest, then his left knee before nudging it past a defender onto his right foot.

The shot that followed was so powerful that it hit the bar twice before nestling in the back of the net.

Meanwhile, former Black Stars coach, James Kwesi Appiah is demanding a salary arrears of $175,000 from the Ghana Football Association.

According to media report by Joy Sports, Appiah through his lawyer, Thaddeus Sory, has written to the FA to pay him all his five months salary arrears and a winning bonus owed him.

The letter from the lawyer of Kwesi Appiah states that the Ghana Football Association has up to two weeks to pay up.
