He assured the people of that constituency and called on them to vote massively for the NDC to snatch power from the NPP.

Telling how he is going to do this, Mahama said he will use the powers and forces given to him by the state to ensure that the killers of Ahmed Suale are caught.

Ahmed Hussein-Suale was an undercover journalist and partner of Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

He was murdered by unidentified men on Wednesday, 16 January 2019, at Madina.

YEN.com.gh published how Suale tried to run away from his attackers by swerving into a salon but he was still caught and killed.

Many people accused outspoken NPP MP, Kennedy Agyapong, of being the one behind Suale’s murder.

He refuted the allegation and said Anas Aremeyaw Anas was to blame for Suale’s death.

Before his death, Agyapong leaked photos of Ahmed Suale on social media, an act some people have said led to Suale’s premature death.
