Here are the celebrities supporting the two leading candidates in Ghana's November elections - President John Mahama of the governing National Democratic Congress NPP) and Nana Akufo-Addo of the opposition New Patriotic Party ( NPP).
1. John Dumelo supports John Mahama
“I have nothing against Nana Addo, but I only see one person being sworn in come January 2017 and it’s not him (Nana),” Dumelo tweeted early this year. He is actively campaigning for the president.
2. Daddy Lumba supports Akufo-Addo
He sang the popular song 'Nana Oye winner' in Akufo-Addo's support ahead of the 2012 elections.

He hopes to be made Ghana's ambassador to Germany if Mahama wins.
