Sad! Gloabal Haulage owner Alhaji Adam Iddrisu dies
Alhaji Adam Iddrisu, the owner of Global Haulage Group Limited (GHGL), has died at 72.
He died Wednesday morning after dawn prayers, graphic.com.gh reported, citing family sources.
A Muslim, Alhaji Iddrisu will be buried today, with the last rites [Janazaa] set to be performed at the Global Haulage compound at Achimota in Accra at 3pm, the report said
Alhaji Idrissu founded the Global Haulage Company in 1953 at the timber market in Accra.
The group comprises the Global Haulage Company Limited, the Royal Bank, Imperial General Insurance, Federated Commodities, Trans Royal Ltd, Cocoa Merchant, Royal Commodities, Isudam Construction and the Global Automobile Limited.

GHGL also has the GG Farms and Global Haulage Real Estate, which is into the construction of warehouses and residential properties.
