YEN.com.gh recently published a list of subjects many Ghanaians loved in school.
It is only fair that we publish a list of subjects many Ghanaian students hated when they were in secondary school.
1. Maths (core)
It was as tough as cracking palm kernel with bare hands. Nobody understood anything and everyone hated it.
Arguably the toughest subject in the secondary school curriculum. It was a core subject for science students, and they didn't like it one bit.
3. Integrated Science
A requirement for every secondary school student. Many students, especially those who did accounting and general arts, deemed it a waste of time.
4. Elective Math
It was an elective subject for science students. It was madly tough- perhaps the toughest subject in the curriculum. Another name for it was "Further Maths". Even the ordinary maths, people were not seeing top", how much more "Further Maths".
5. Technical Drawing
It involved too much drawing that many people didn't fancy.
Not many enjoyed French classes. People even questioned why it was a curriculum requirement.
