In a video seen by YEN.com.gh and shared by The Palace View on TikTok, the Safo family was seen before Otumfuo to officially deliver the news of Apostle Safo’s death.

Following their submission, the Asantehene, who was on a raised platform and surrounded by his court, acknowledged receipt of the message and delivered a few words to the family.

He was heard saying ‘memp3 basabasa biaa’ in the Ashanti Twi language, indicating that he wanted everything to go smoothly and without any conflict.

The warning occurred as the family of legendary musician, Daddy Lumba, remains mired in infighting following his death in July, with supporters of his two wives engaging in a bitter online beef.
