A young Nigerian man who revealed that he had a Bitcoin machine that gives $8 (N6,164) daily has made two videos explaining how it works.

The man (@shugadaddii_) said that even though making $190 (GH¢2k) daily is possible, the machine consumes a lot of electricity. He said the machine could also mine Casper coins, which requires less energy.

He said with 60 watts of energy, one can make up to $20 a day mining Casper coins. With 60 watts, he added that one's earnings could get to $190 (GH¢2k) daily.

According to him, mining the coin is profitable because the ecosystem does not have as many miners as Bitcoin.

In one of the videos, he stated that the mining machine consumes 3,250 watts daily. He said the machine needs a proper cooling system because it can run for months. Constant internet is also a requirement.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh reported earlier that a young man from Nigeria displayed to the crowd the Bitcoin miner profiting him $8 (N6,244) daily. As he put the miner onto a power supply, the man mentioned the device's name and claimed to have installed the miner in his home. Many Nigerians who flooded his comment section begged him to inform them how much it would cost to run such a contraption on electricity and the internet.
