In the video, the boy was sighted moving with his hips as his caregiver encouraged him.

Meanwhile, Yen.com.gh previously reported that a Owusu Frimpong, a 14-year-old Ghanaian child who walks with his hands and handicapped legs hanging, need the assistance of a wheelchair.

The fifth-grade boy from Asante Akim South in Ghana's Ashanti Region stated he has difficulty walking from home to school. The teenager requested public assistance in an interview released by Ghanaian blogger Kobby Kyei.
