A young Ghanaian TikToker and final year nursing student, Colourwinner, has reportedly died, leaving friends and fans completely heartbroken.

Multiple friends and colleagues of the young content creator and aspiring nurse took to TikTok to mourn her after confirming news of her tragic demise.

What happened to Colourwinner?

According to reports, Colourwinner, known in private life as Sandra, was a final year student at the Presbyterian Nursing and Midwifery Training School, located at Dormaa Ahenkro in the Bono Region of Ghana.

She reportedly fell ill and collapsed days ago and was rushed to the hospital, but did not survive.

The tragic incident reportedly occurred on September 8, 2025, according to a report by Ghana News Prime.

"Dormaa NMTC final year student dies after she was called to join eight students left behind for licensure exams," a report from the site read.

The post went viral on TikTok as numerous friends and colleagues of Colurwinner reposted news of her death and shared more details.

TikToker Akosua Bestie claimed that Colourwinner had just completed her studies and only needed to pass her licensure exams to fulfil her nursing dreams.

"Rest well color winner you completed today and left us today awwwwww Sandra why 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭." she mourned.

Friends mourn Colourwinner's tragic death

Tributes poured in from many friends of Colourwinner, who celebrated their late colleague as a vibrant, friendly, hardworking and dedicated student.

They mourned her death as a huge blow due to its abrupt nature and lamented her lost future potential.

TikToker Osanju passes away

Previously, YEN.com.gh reported that Ghanaian TikTok star Osanju passed away after battling leukaemia for several years.

According to reports, Osanju fell ill around 2 a.m. on September 1 and was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital in Kumasi for treatment.

The young content creator was subsequently transferred to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
