The family of Prophet Prince Elisha Kofi Osei, the founder of Springs of Grace Executive Fellowship and Pastor Prince Ministries International, has announced funeral arrangements for the late man of God, who passed away at the age of 46.

According to details shared on his official Facebook page, the family confirmed that all funeral activities will take place across two consecutive days in September 2026, with no wake-keeping planned.

On Saturday, 19 September 2026, the lying-in-state, burial service, and final funeral rites will all be held at the Central Band, Police Depot, Tesano, Accra.

The burial service is scheduled from 9 am to 12 pm, followed by a private interment.

The final funeral rites will run from 1 pm to 6 pm on the same day.

A thanksgiving service will be held the following day, Sunday, 20 September 2026, from 9 am to 12 pm at Grace Family Church International, Pigfarm, near Ebony Hotel.

The dress code for Saturday is black and white, while Sunday's service calls for all white.

Prophet Prince Elisha Kofi Osei's passing

Widely known as Pastor Prince, Prophet Prince Elisha Kofi Osei passed away in the early hours of Friday, 13 February 2026.

The cause of his death has not been made public.

He led Springs of Grace Executive Fellowship and Pastor Prince Ministries International, and his ministry had garnered a devoted following across Ghana.

In a video seen on the TikTok page Koforidua Flowers, the family friend said Prophet Elisha had complained of chest pains on Friday.

He claimed that another man of God, Paul Okoe Hackman, rushed the preacher to the hospital after he felt unwell.
