1. Afia Schwarzenegger
Without a shred of doubt, she is one of the popular media personalities in Ghana.
Her recent scandal focused all attention on her; her reaction to it has shaped her into the kind of woman she is today.
She recently won an award as the female entertainment show host (TV) of the year.
2. Anita Erskine
She is one of Ghana’s most celebrated radio and television presenters.
She began her media journey in 2006 when she hosted ‘Mentor’ on TV3.
She is currently a co-hostess of Starr Drive on Starr FM. She won the Radio Female Presenter of the Year award at the just ended RTP awards.
3. Nana Aba Anamoah
She once hosted that Diva Show on TV3.
She moved from TV3 to GH One, after an image which appeared photoshopped generated controversy.
After a successful start with the ‘State of Affairs’ programme, she was tasked with presenting the evening news on GH One.
She was awarded with the RTP personality of the year, TV Female Newscaster of the Year and TV Female Presenter of the Year and the 2017 awards ceremony.
4. Gifty Anti
She is a Ghanaian journalist and broadcaster, and one of the powerful figures in Ghana’s media industry.
She hosts the Standpoint programme on Ghana Telesvision, where she focuses on issues affecting women.
5. Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku
Naa Ashorkor, as she is popularly referred to, recently moved from the Excellence in Broadcasting (EIB) group to the Multimedia Group.
She is an accomplished actress and media personality.
She once hosted one of Ghana's most celebrated beauty pageants, Miss Malaika Ghana.
6. Jessica Saforo
Jessica is currently the Programmes Manager at Citi FM.
She is a multiple award-winner broadcaster who has carved a niche for herself as one of the radio presenters to listen to.
7. Berla Mundi
Her real name is Berlinda Addardey. She is one of the most sought after Radio and TV hosts across Ghana.
She is the face of the entertainment show Rythmz.
She also hosts the lifestyle and magazine show, Glitterati which dwells on the lives of celebrities across the continent.
The Glitterati show won TV Entertainment Show of the Year at the 2017 Radio and Television awards.
