Ghanaian rappers Medikal and Strongman have apologised for drawing their respective girlfriends, Fella Makafui and Nana Ama Strong, into their recent 'beef.'

Medikal and Strongman dominated entertainment news headlines after the latter released a diss track titled Don't Try against the former.

While replying with his Last Burial, Medikal indicated in a verse that a friend of his called Prosper had had sexual relations with Strongman's girlfriend, Nana Ama.

According to Medikal, his friend had paid GHC2,000 cedis to sleep with Nana Ama but after taking off her dress, he realised she had foul smell and thus left.

Strongman hit back again with Immortal in which he also attacked Medikal's girlfriend, Fella, describing her as supper for East Legon old men.

The rappers' involvement of the ladies in their 'beef' received massive condemnation from a section of Ghanaians.

Medikal took the first step as he went on Twitter to write: "Strong, I’m sorry for involving your girl in this whole thing, the street just no get formula. Now  that I have Awoken the rap game,I would rather like to see Ghana rap music cross borders than to fight for spots here."

Strongman replied Medikal's tweet saying: "Sorry for your girl's involvement in the whole thing. Ghana rap lives on."
