Football fans in Ghana are currently sad after hearing news about the death of the former Black Stars striker Junior Agogo.

On Thursday morning, August 22, 2019, Agogo was confirmed dead at a hospital in London.

Agogo was well known for his football skills and striking prowess during his active days on the field of play.

Many football stars have been flaunting their families on social media but Agogo is not one of them.

Little is known of Agogo’s family but one beautiful lady was always with him.

According to viral reports, this beautiful young-looking lady is Agogo’s mother.

She’s the one who had been taking care of him during his trying moments.

Agogo will be remembered for his eye-catching performance for the Black Stars during the 2008 Nations Cup on home soil.

Agogo capped 27 times for Ghana, scoring 12 goals in the process.
