Sexy_maame_yaa, appears to be a lady who owns a sexuality and womanhood and expresses herself through photos, not just to appreciate her body as an art but also to entertain her followers.
While her numbers are growing on Instagram, the social media 'slayer' appears to garner some attention for her posts and sometimes make headlines.
