Dancehall superstar Shatta Wale has announced a free concert for his fans amid the Coronavirus outbreak around the globe.

According to Shatta Wale, the upcoming concert is to help his fans keep their faith in God in "these challenging."

Announcing the concert, Shatta Wale explained that the concert will be live around the globe through his official YouTube channel.

Shatta also indicated that the concert will be telecast live on all of his other social media handles.

The dates for the concert, he said, were going to be announced soon.

"A concert to my fans around the globe Live on YOUTUBE to KEEP THE FAITH in these challenging times as humanity is faced with its extinction.

Believing that God will take us through this trying phase and knowing that we all count and can make an effort to stay safe as these daunting hours pass by. “FAITH CONCERT” will be transmitted live through all our social media handles. Dates will be announced soon.

Meanwhile, Ghana, on Wednesday night, March 18, 2020, confirmed two more cases of Coronavirus, taking the total number of cases to nine.

This was revealed by President Nana Akufo-Addo at the National Breakfast Meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2020.

The information minister, Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah, provided further update on Twitter, stressing that the Ghana Health Services were managing the cases well.
