- The team together with others seem to be on a journey to an event ground

- They included D Cryme, Yaa Pono, and other ‘Tema Boys’

- Today, Sarkodie has risen to become the most recognised rapper in not only Tema or Ghana, but Africa and the world

A video of Ghana’s Highest rapper Sarkodie rapping on a bus on his way to stardom has popped up on the internet.

He was in the company of other Tema-based rappers Yaa Pono, D Cryme, and others believed to be travelling to an event ground for a show.

The video which is believed to be dated about 10 years ago had all the rappers and others on board looking very young.

It could be that they were in their late teens or early 20s.

All the rappers took their turn to rap, displaying their skills to the best of their ability.

The other people on the bus cheered them on, especially, when it was Sarkodie’s turn to rap.

The video has been admired by many people on social media with one fan by name Nathan commenting that Sarkodie had his energy from long ago.

The video is inspiring and indeed gives credit to the saying that “determination leads to success”.

All the three rappers are currently recognised as great musicians in Ghana and have all have hit songs to their credit.

D Cryme, for instance, is mostly known for his song Kill Me Shy. He also had made hit featuring including Go Down with Nhyiraba Kojo.

Yaa Pono is also known for his super hit song ‘Obiaa Wo Ne Master”.

As for Sarkodie, words won’t be enough to enumerate the hit songs he has.

He is also on record to have won at the BET Awards.
