Paintsil's beautiful wife turned a year older on Saturday, August 1, 2020, and he decided to celebrate her in style.
The former Fulham defender organised a lovely surprise birthday party for Adjoa to have fun with family and friends.
Paintsil's party for his wife turned out to be a star-studded event with many prominent people in attendance.

Photos from the party sighted by YEN.com.gh show the party had former Black Stars captain Stephen Appiah and former midfielder Laryea Kingston.
Dancehall superstar Stonebwoy was also spotted at the party and was even spotted dancing to his viral Putuu song.

The former Black Stars player released 10 romantic photos in celebration of Broni who is a businesswoman with an interior decor business.
