Ghana’s favourite actress Nana Ama McBrown has shared a bit of the secret behind her beauty and forever young stature with her fans.
She is seen exercising vigorously like a man in a video sighted by YEN.com.gh.
The 43-year-old actress is beautiful and very active. It is no doubt that exercising, like she is seen doing in the video, is the major activity that keeps her youthful and strong.
