According to a Joy News report, the group, believed to be the secessionist group, the Western Togoland, used heaps of sands to block the road at Mepe, a town in the region.
In a photo shared along with the post, the people involved in the act could be seen adorned in matching and customised black shirts as well as red head and wrist bands.
In the photos, they had set fire in the middle of the road and could be seen looking all charged up as if chanting war songs.

Drones should be constantly flying over such areas to pick visuals of the situation on the ground
