The multiple award-winning dancehall star, Shatta Wale, known in real life as Charle Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, is continuing with his media tour in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.

The singer arrived in Kumasi on Thursday, 5 November 2020, to premiere his Kumerica Invasion single, which features talents from Kumasi. He has since been touring media houses to promote the song.

Shatta Wale’s presence in the region is a dream come true for young upcoming artistes who draw inspiration from him, including rapper King Paluta who also features on Wale’s latest banger.

In a video online, Shatta Wale is seen arriving in a convoy of vehicles while in the company of rapper King Paluta and his bodyguards.

Donning a colourful jeans top, a pink frame matching his footwear, Shatta Wale stepped out of his luxury car, revealing his magnificent glow.

Amid cheers from his adoring fans who were eager to meet him, Shatta Wale had to balance his way through the crowd.

The dancehall king is famous for his affluent lifestyle and has dominated headlines, not just for embarking on his Kumerica Invasion project but also for flaunting his wealth since arriving in the garden city.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Shatta Wale received a hero’s welcome when he landed in the Ashanti regional capital on Thursday for his media tour.

The Melissa hitmaker was met at the airport by teeming supporters and had a cultural troupe complete with a flower girl who presented a bouquet to him.

In other news, the multiple award-winning Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie, known in real life as Michael Owusu Addo, and VGMA 2020 Artiste of the Year, Kuami Eugene, known in private life as Eugene Kwame Marfo, have performed the former's Happy Day song at his Hero Concert at +233 Grill and Bar in Accra.
