Asked which political party he wants to win the December 7, 2020, elections, Stonebwoy said any party that wins is fine for him, adding that he personally represents Ghana and not any particular party.
“As a musician, I am available to serve or be used by whatever political party or government but it must be at the right time and for the right purpose,” Stonebwoy reportedly said.

He reasoned that being a musician is the same as serving other people, adding that his political career already gives him the platform to advocate for the needs of people.
Meanwhile, some celebrities have already shown their party colours by publicly endorsing the candidates of their choice.
Dancehall star, Samini, for instance, has publicly thrown his weight behind President Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He has also released a campaign song titled Kpoyaka to highlight the NPP’s achievement and praise Akufo-Addo for them.
Samini also called on Ghanaians to vote and retain the president and his party in power for the next four years.
Other celebrities who have also endorsed Akufo-Addo are Sarkodie, Obour, Agya Koo, and many others. So far, it appears just three celebrities have declared their support for former president John Mahama.
