General Overseer of the International Central Gospel Church, Dr. Mensa Otabil has warned against blood covenants in courtships and relationships.

In a podcast on relationships broadcasted by TV3, the General Overseer alerted that blood covenants open up for spiritual control of relationships by demons.

“ I will not advice anyone to indulge in blood covenants. The act in itself proves there is no trust in the relationship. This opens up for spiritual control of the relationship. What happens is that even when both partners resolve to break up, this covenant traps them forever,” he stated.
