Aurora Teagarden is a series of ten novels that Charlaine Harris wrote between 1990 and 2017. The books follow Aurora Teagarden, the main protagonist; a librarian turned sleuth as she solves crimes. In 2014, the books' author announced that the books would be adapted into a series of two-hour films. As of 2021, there are 11 books in the series, and over 16 movies have been adapted from them. The books already had a pretty big following, which was why they got aired on the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries Channel in April 2015.
