Seven Great Princes Academy among Ghana's top SHS

Dansoman-based Seven Great Princes Academy becomes the second private senior high school to be rated in last month’s africaschoolsonline first 25 secondary schools in Ghana from (2011-2015) placing 24th behind Akosombo International who placed 23rd becoming the first private school.

The former school of Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan recorded its best performance in 2011 with 96.43% of students scoring between A1 and C6 and qualifying for university.St James Seminary based in the Brong Ahafo region, recorded its highest performance in 2011 with all 203 students obtaining grades from A1 to C6 - achieving a 100% pass rate.

Despite a substantial increase in students presented to write the WASSCE, the school has scored between 98.35% (2013) and 99.60 %( 2012) over the last four years.
